SP Systems Warranty

Limited Warranty Policy

Every SP Systems sprayer and equipment is thoroughly inspected and 100% tested before leaving the factory. Every product is warranted to be free of defects from workmanship and materials for the designated term listed on the product packaging, starting on the date of purchase. Keep your box, product must be returned in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Keep your invoice/receipt.

To validate your warranty, please complete the warranty registration card within 15 days of the purchase date and mail promptly. Alternatively, you may complete and submit your warranty card online. Failure to return your warranty card will void the warranty. Should any problem occur, contact your Distributor or Dealer for assistance immediately.

Freight, packing, and insurance costs, if any, will be the paid by the owner. No product will be accepted for warranty consideration at our Santa Monica office without a Return Authorization Number. This must be obtained from your selling Distributor or Dealer. lf inspection shows the trouble is caused by defective workmanship or materials, SP Systems will, at our option, repair, replace the problem part, or replace the complete unit without charge.

Items Not Covered by Warranty

Provision of the warranty will not apply to the following:

Normal service requirements arising during the warranty period such as lubricating valves and seals, cleaning with neutralizing solution, changing O-rings and gaskets that are worn from use, attack by chemical solutions as well as other repairs required because of normal wear and tear.
Failure of "O" rings, seals, plastic or rubber parts due to normal or excessive ware, lack of lubrication, exposure to hazardous contaminants, chemical attack, or use of products listed in the operator’s manuals or packaging as hazardous to the equipment.
Any failure that results from an accident, customer abuse, normal wear, neglect, lack of service or maintenance or failure to operate the product in accordance with the instructions provided in the owner's manual or provided with the product.
Use of any solution that is listed in our hazardous materials list, or any solution with compounds listed in operating manuals.
When alterations or modifications have been made to the unit.
SP Systems is responsible only for products as originally supplied by SP Systems.

In no event shall SP Systems be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from the sale or use of the product.

This disclaimer applies both during and after the term of the warranty. SP Systems disclaims liability for any implied warranties, including implied warranties of "merchantability" and "fitness for a specific purpose".

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
