The SP10A and SP20A Acid Sprayers are the first industrial sprayers expressly designed for acids - using new acid-resistant plastic and rubber compounds, plastic parts, and a PVC wand.
We have built a sprayer that is not affected by muriatic (hydrochloric) acid, hydrofluoric acid, or phosphoric acids. That means it can be used over and over for jobs like staining or etching concrete and masonry, dissolving rust or scale on metal surfaces, cleaning, degreasing, and more.
As an extra safety measure, the sprayer comes standard with a pressure relief valve that activates at 42 psi to prevent overpressurization and to hand-release any pressure remaining in the tank after use.
The SP Acid Sprayers feature the best-engineered pumping system available, spraying continuously for 10 minutes after a single pumping session. The 12" pump tube builds pressure faster with fewer strokes.
The high-density polyethylene tanks with UV inhibitors are more durable than steel. The units also feature an industrial spray pistol with a spray lock position to allow the user to release the trigger while spraying.
The hose drains from the bottom of the tank, allowing the contents to be completely emptied and eliminating the need for a siphon hose.
